Personal details provided by the user will be stored in a file held by Nicline and named Customers, which will be used solely for the purpose of maintaining our relationship with you as well as for information, formation, customer service, commercialization (always identified as such) and other activities from the group.
Nicline uses administrative and technical safety measures to ensure the personal data security, integrity and reliability, according to the Spanish Personal Data Protection Act 15/99 of December 13 (LOPD).
Personal details from the file Customers will not be disclosed to a third party except according to the previous statements and to comply with the law, mainly as to the data passed to the relevant authorities like the National or International registries and to be displayed at the public WHOIS domain database.
Whenever Nicline is in charge of the data processing, it will observe the obligations under the aforementioned Act and will process the data according to the instructions given by the processing responsible, without using them for purposes other that those stated in the contract.
At any given moment, the user shall be able to exercise its rights to access, oppose, rectify and cancel that are recognised in the aforementioned LOPD. The exercising of these rights may be carried out by the RSP through the control panel created by nicline.com, with a login and personal password for its access.
